Video: 3,000 Descend on Bank of America Massachusetts Headquarters

More than 3,000 protesters descended on Boston's financial district on Friday, surrounding Bank of America's Federal Street headquarters as a delegation of foreclosure victims and supporters presented their demands in the bank's main lobby. The nonviolent sit-in continued for nearly two hours before police placed two dozen of the protesters into custody.

Among the 24 arrested at the Bank of America sit-in was Carolyn Grant, who has been fighting foreclosure since another financial giant, Wells Fargo, reneged on the family's loan modification agreement. Grant managed to hold onto her cell phone while in custody, connecting with supporters while awaiting release. Audio clips of Grant's statements on Bank of America, the arrests, and wrongful foreclosures are coming soon!
